Rental Journey – Store Visit – Terms & Conditions
APPOINTMENT

FITTING
– Visit our store and get fitted for the Tuxedo, Suit, Blazer required.
– Rental is for a block of 72 hours – 3 days.
– Your personal identification – NRIC/Work Permit/Passport details are required for our rental services).
PAYMENT
– Rental charges must be paid upon rental confirmation. You will be issued a Rental Invoice.
– Additional charges apply for minor alterations. EG. Adjustments on jacket sleeve length or trouser length.
– Payments can be made by PayNow or Cash.
– A refundable security deposit will be collected.
– All security deposits will be refunded by PayNow or Cash upon returns.
– No refund for any cancelled orders.
COLLECTION
– Your rental clothing will be ready for pick-up from our store after alteration and steam pressing between 2 – 24 hours.
RETURN
– Return the rented clothing/s to our store by the agreed date & time stated on the invoice (block of 72 hours – 3 days).
– Our products are rented out in good condition. Returns are expected in the same good condition.
– Orders must be returned in the original suit cover and hanger.
– Security deposits will be refunded to you by PayNow or Cash only.
– Late charges of 25% of the total rental fee per day applies for late returns.
– Dry cleaning charges apply for stained returns.
– Alteration charges apply for torn or ripped returns.
– Unauthorized alterations made to a rental product will result in an additional charge to return the product to it’s original size.
– Refundable security deposits will be forfeited for returns that are damaged and irrevocable.
– We are not responsible for personal property returned with the rental order.
OTHERS
– Rentals are on a ‘First Come First Serve’ basis.
– Peak periods for Rental of Tuxedos, Suits and Blazers are on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
– Peak Season for Rentals are in the months of October, November and December.
– We accept Overseas Rental arrangements for an extended period of 7 days. Additional charges apply. EG. Travelling overseas and would like to rent for an event / function / photo shoot.
