GET FITTED & PAYMENT

• Visit our store and get fitted for the Tuxedo, Suit, Blazer, Trouser, Shirt required.
• Rental is for a block of 72 hours – 3 days.
• Your personal identification – NRIC/Work Permit/Passport details are required for our rental
  services).
• Rental charges must be paid upon rental confirmation.
• Additional charges apply for minor alterations. Eg. Adjustments on jacket sleeve length or
  trouser length.
• Payments can be made by Cash, PayNow or Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard
• A refundable security deposit of S$250 will be collected for a suit or a suit package deal.
• We charge an additional 5% security deposit paid by Credit Cards (S$250 + 5% = S$262.50).
• No charges apply for security deposits paid by Cash or PayNow.
• All security deposits will be refunded by Cash or PayNow upon returns

COLLECTION

• Your rental clothing will be ready for pick-up from our shop after alteration and steam pressing between          2 – 24 hours.

RETURN

• Return the rented clothing/s to our shop by the agreed date & time stated on the invoice (block of 72 hours – 3 days).
• Orders must be returned in the original suit cover and hanger.
• Security deposits will be refunded to you by Cash or PayNow only.
• Late charges of 25% of the total rental fee per day applies for late returns.
• Our products are rented out in good condition. Returns are expected in the same good condition.
• Dry cleaning charges apply for stained returns.
• Refundable security deposits may be forfeited for returns that are found damaged.
• Unauthorized alterations made to a rental product will result in an additional charge to return the product to it’s original size.
• We are not responsible for personal property returned with the rental order.

OTHERS

• Peak periods for rental of Tuxedos, Suits and Blazers, Trouser, Shirts are on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Plan your rental requirement ahead as it is on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis.
• We accept Overseas Rental arrangements for an extended period of 7 days. Additional charges apply. Eg. Travelling overseas and would like to rent for an event / function / photo shoot.
• If the rental is cancelled, 50% of the total rental sum will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• A security deposit of $250 is required for each rental. The security deposit will be fully refunded if the rental item is returned in good condition, meeting the following conditions:

– No tears or damage

– No stains

– No modifications made to the rental item

• Any express charges, such as delivery or handling fees, will be charged reasonably and transparently.
