Ordered online with no major issues, UI was easy enough to navigate. Friendly and helpful staff, fitting process was straightforward, the lady at the counter offered me water too when she saw I was tired haha Only small thing was the color of the suit - i requested for charcoal grey but received black instead, not the biggest issue in the world since these colors are similar enough, and i didn't really check before leaving the store after the first fitting so thats partially on me. Super welcoming environment, very caring people. Overall, a very great customer experience. The order, measurement, and fitting experience, all were very smooth. However, the end result was less than optimal. Edit: I was not satisfied with the sleeve length initially, but upon sharing the review, the administration welcomed me back to insoect it and make the necessary adjustments where needed. Not all of us are naturally sartorially inclined, and generally, we are experts in Googling at most. Yet all of us want to feel unique and special on our big day. Many thanks to Dinesh for walking me through the entire process, and patience and effort to explain not just what the different choices were, but how it would tie to different use cases. I particularly appreciated him pointing out to consider if I had other use cases as well. Not because I didn't consider it, but because it reflects his passion and honesty in his work, to create something that isn't a 'one-and-done' (unless it is your intent). His expertise helped me assess and solidify what did I really want. He doesn't just simply recommends products, but ties it to your preference and energy. Him and Mr Koh also thoroughly explained to me clearly on the expected final product. There were no questions or hanging doubts on aesthetics and the expected final fit. Dinesh was also quick to clarify throughout the process The suit and blazer itself is extremely satisfying , and fits comfortably even after accounting to my preferences (of course). The only 'complaint' would be that its hard to justify anything off-the-rack after experiencing the comfort of a well-made suit/blazer. Hina was really helpful in picking out the perfect tuxedo for my event. The tuxedo was well fitted for me and service was great. Will back again when in need for tuxedo rentals.
